Warranty Benefits

• Cleaning & Gentle Polishing (Free, Unlimited): Bring your jewelry anytime for complimentary cleaning and gentle polishing to restore brilliance.
• Rhodium Replating: One free service per item; subsequent services are charged at 350 THB per item.
• Lifetime warranty for CZ stone loss (Cubic Zirconia only).

Repair & Return Conditions

• Return shipping within Thailand: 55 THB (domestic parcel).
• You may pick up at our store or arrange a courier/messenger for collection.
• Please send the item with:
  • Jewelry box
  • Jewelry item
  • Warranty card
• If the jewelry box is lost: wrap the item securely with protective bubble wrap.
• If the warranty card is lost: include your full name, contact phone number, order name used for purchase, and purchase channel (Website, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
• Lead time: approximately 3–5 business days after we receive the item (for urgent cases, please contact us to arrange priority service).
