Return Conditions

• Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be in original condition, unused and unaltered, and include the jewelry box and warranty card.
• Custom or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
• Note: Purchases from Madduck Jewels are general online sales (E-Commerce), not direct sales. Returns follow the policy set out here.

Return Process

1. Contact us via phone, Line, email, or social media.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and contact details.
3. Send the item back to our company address.
4. We will inspect the item and confirm eligibility.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, ShopeePay, etc.).
• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
