Program Details
- Credit is based on the old ring you trade in (not the new ring you purchase)
- Credit applies to a new ring purchase of 2,000 THB or more
- One old ring per order (1 ring = 1 claim)
- Any model — upgrade from CZ → Moissanite → LGD → solid gold, or switch to a brand-new design
- We accept Madduck rings of any style, in any condition — worn or previously resized rings trade in just fine
- Madduck rings only
How to Receive Your Credit
- Pay for your new ring in full first
- Send your old ring back to us by post, or bring it to our showroom
- We inspect the ring, then transfer your credit back once everything checks out
- Gold rings: setting credit follows your quote (valid 7 days) — we re-weigh the ring on arrival
Verifying Eligibility
To confirm your ring was purchased from Madduck, please provide your warranty card or order details (full name and the channel you purchased through). We verify the stone type and model before confirming credit — especially for Moissanite and LGD rings.
🥇 Solid gold rings: verified against the warranty card (which states the gold karat and the ring's actual weighed total weight) together with the hallmark inside the band — CZ = 9K · Moissanite = 9K M · Lab Grown = 9K L, plus the duck logo — so every ring's authenticity can be checked.
